Let me tell you a little more about my background so you know who you'll be hiring. I grew up in Wilmington, Delaware and Sam came from Long Island, New York. After getting married we moved to St. Augustine, Florida in 1986 and had a son and a daughther. Sam received his real estate license first and afterwards we both obtained mortgage brokers licenses. As much as we loved St.Augustine we felt that Orlando was a city that had so much sunshine and outdoor entertainment was too good to pass up. So we moved to MetroWest in Orlando in 1990 and jump started our carreers working as a Orlando real estate agent and Sam as a mortgage broker

The change has given me everything that I could ask for in a career. The two things that keep me satisfied with work are being continually challenged and interacting with good people -- both of which are plentiful in real estate. Our business centers on building long term relationships and providing exceptional customer service before, during and after a sale. Our team is able to distinguish ourselves from other Orlando real estate agents through dedication and hard work, and this is why our business comes in the form of referrals from past clients. In addition to a real estate career that is challenging and enjoyable I also have a loving and supporting family at home.
